You are the customer. Ambitiously we are keen satisfying your needs. Thus we have a full range of services on offer.

Experienced application engineers are at your disposal when technological problems are to be solved or to create together with you a sound machining concept for your investment in machinery.

When you have decided in favour of any machine from our house, of course UNITECH will assist you with start-up.

Your operators shall be trained? We provide full-scale, professional training.

If, however, any failure should occur in any machine, one of our 25 UNITECH service engineers will help you in competent manner without delay - this promise does not only fit to machines purchased from us, but to any one of your machinery.

We feel pleased to offer you individual service contracts.

We supply you with required spare parts from the central facility here in Chemnitz.

UNITECH considers the regeneration of main spindles one of its further strong capabilities. Same is true for partial or complete machine overhauls.

Since the company foundation in 1995, UNITECH has made a reputable name all over Germany as competent and reliable service partner.

Relying on almost 25 service engineers we are in a position offering our services not only for all the machines delivered by us, but also for foreign-make machines. We are also ready supporting you with the Heckert-brand machines.

We are proud of our staff, who are highly skilled and experienced in other branches as well, such as (control) electronics, mechatronics and mechanics.

Training

In our modern training facilities and likewise in our showroom, our competent employees from the department of application engineering train our customers directly with the particular machine. Newcomers can enjoy technological assistance. In the frame of training, the first workpiece can be tried out as well.

No doubt, if you prefer our service engineers to come and meet you in your premises, we will do so.

Spindle engineering

We like to draw your attention to our in-house spindle-engineering department equipped with all the necessary assembly, inspection and balancing facilities to overhaul and install new bearings in main spindles. And once again, this is not only true for our own machines, since we offer that service both to HECKERT-make machines and foreign-brand ones.

Machine overhauls

Our range of services covers also overhauls and upgrading of machines.
We are in the inestimable situation to be able relying on long-standing experience of our staff, for example, in scraping of frictional guideways and restoring the geometry as well as statics of machines featuring flat guideways.
Retrofitting of machines with CNC-units representing the state-of-the-art is another highlight our service department has on offer for you.
